Ithaca Assessor - Dan Kirwin
Dan is available every Thursday from 8:30am - 5:00pm to answer any questions on Real and Personal Property in the City of Ithaca. He is responsible for identifying, listing and valuing all taxable real and personal property in the City, in accordance with the General Property Tax Act and the City Charter. Dan is also responsible for processing all the recorded documents for properties in the City Limits and determining transfers of ownership, Principle Residence Exemptions and correct mail-to information.
