Zach Foster, Code Enforcement Officer/Rental Inspector
The City Code Enforcement Officer enforces ordinances that regulate public health, safety, and welfare within the city. He enforces regulations, conducts inspections, investigates complaints and potential violations per city code. Â
The Rental Inspector oversees the Rental Housing program.  Owners of rental properties are required each year to register rental units, and obtain a license. Rental units must comply with the International Property Maintenance Code. A Rental License Application and Landlord Inspection Checklist are available by clicking on the PDF to the right. Rentals are invoiced December 1st each year.
