For your convenience, we accept credit and debit cards, as well as electronic checks.
Convenience fees are:
- Credit/Debit cards
3% of the total amount or minimum of $2 per transaction - Electronic Checks (eChecks)
$3 fee up to $10,000 transaction
$10 fee for $10,000 and over
Personal Teller service is offered by Point & Pay for an additional $5 fee and is NOT a City Hall staff member.
If you need personal assistance, City Hall staff is available to take payments over the phone during normal businesses hours at no charge. However, the convenience fee still applies.
